New Year, New Skills

The best thing about January is that it is generally a time when we are most connected with the idea of change and of turning the page to new chapters.  Effective communication is such a valuable skill, yet most have not ever had the opportunity to really develop communication skills.

I just had a client the other day say that to her memory the worst experience of anxiety she ever had was getting up in front of the class to give a college presentation.  It shouldn’t have to be this way.

Stay tuned this year for tips to help you along the way and for a full schedule of affordable communication classes that will help you achieve a mastery of what it is we already do every day – communicate!

Body language is an outward reflection of a person’s emotional condition. If your emotions do not match what you are saying it will show. When we say that we have a “hunch” or “gut feeling” that someone has told us a lie, we usually mean that their body language and their spoken words don’t agree.
