Leadership Assessments (360 insights)

These tools provide each participant with an opportunity to receive feedback from those who see their performance regularly so that they can create an action plan to apply the training most effectively. Our assessments measure critical skill areas such as process, communication, presentation, teamwork, interpersonal skills, coaching skills, customer service, self-confidence, and leadership, as well as controlling stress, making positive impressions, accountability, vision, and the ability to sell ideas.

Organizational Assessments

The focus is on helping a team, department, or organization better understand issues that support good performance or hinder good performance. A communication audit is a useful tool for assessing those issues, and include a thorough evaluation of an organization’s ability to transfer information. This type of audit can be performed to evaluate both external and internal communication capabilities. The goal of a communication audit is to uncover the strengths and weaknesses within the various stages of the information transfer – whether occurring directly within the organization itself, or with its clients or stakeholders.
